Theresa Pudzich joined the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) in October 2024. As a Data Analyst within the DKT team, she specializes in emission calculations for tourism companies. Since March 2026, she has also been working as a Research Analyst for the CLARS (Climate Adaptation and Resilience Strategies) project, where she focuses on the development of policy recommendations and briefs.
Theresa holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and her expertise includes climate-induced migration and policy analysis.
