Dr. Seyedhamidreza Mojtabavi has over 10 years of professional experience and is passionate about using numerical modeling and AI to address global climate challenges. He enjoys developing innovative solutions across diverse projects in AI, modeling, and climate science, including studies on sea-level change in various EU and German-funded projects.
He is currently working at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) in Germany as part of the PalMod project. His research focuses on coupled numerical modeling with the PISM-VILMA framework to assess the Antarctic Ice Sheet’s response to interactions with the solid Earth and sea-level changes.
