Lukas Hoff works as a Junior Policy Analyst in the PIK Policy Unit, supporting its strategic positioning and the institute’s engagement with policymakers and the wider stakeholder landscape.
Previously, Lukas worked as a student assistant in the PIK Policy Unit and has also gained further experience in the parliamentary office of a Member of the German Bundestag, as well as NGOs and research institutes. He holds an MA in Political Science from the Free University of Berlin and completed a BSc in Social Sciences in Cologne and Edinburgh.
