Paula joined the Potsdam Institute in 2026. Prior to this, she was a Research Fellow at Ecologic Institute, specialising in EU climate policy. She further gained professional experience at UNICEF South Asia and the German Energy Agency (dena). She studied Environmental Policy at Sciences Po Paris and Free University Berlin.
