Dorothea Kistinger is a doctoral researcher in the Policy Evaluation Lab at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) and part of the Kopernikus project Ariadne. In her research, she analyzes climate and environmental policy instruments in the transport and housing sector using methods from causal inference.

Dorothea holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Systems Science and Mathematics from the University of Osnabrück and a Master's degree in Data Science from RWTH Aachen University.
