She headed an agency specializing in intercultural project and event management, through which she designed and coordinated projects, conferences, and workshops worldwide for institutions such as the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Bread for the World, the Interlink Academy, and Airbus BizLab. Her professional activities have taken her to many regions, including Ghana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Peru, Brazil, India, Ukraine, and Georgia.
