Evidenzbasierte Forschung zu Politikreformen für mehr Klimaschutz in Schwellen- und Entwicklungsländern
The project aims to identify sequences of effective climate policy reforms in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). It will provide robust empirical evidence on the effectiveness of climate policy instruments across various sectors and countries. By identifying structural enablers for effective climate policy at various stages of the policy process, results will help to inform how to make assistance to low-and middle income countries more effective, e.g. by designing and implementing policy-based lending (PBL) approaches for the international donor community.
