A lawyer at the Paris Bar and a non-practising Solicitor of England & Wales, Clémentine Baldon is the founder of Baldon Avocats, a firm at the forefront of European and international economic law and high-stakes strategic litigation, with a strong public interest dimension.
Her practice spans European and international public law, WTO and trade law, investment, antitrust, and consumer law. A graduate of Panthéon-Assas and ESSEC Business School, Clémentine Baldon teaches at ESSEC and has served on its Board.
She also sits on several scientific advisory boards of leading non-profit organisations.
