Since 2023, Toni has been the strategic advisor to Johan Rockström. During her master’s and doctoral studies at PIK, she deeply engaged with climate science and the planetary crisis — from both natural and social science perspectives.
She thinks systemically and holistically, bridging disciplines, perspectives, and methods to develop constructive, hopeful solutions for the planetary crisis.
Today, she supports and advises the institute director on numerous matters — particularly in the complex field of international climate policy.
