Ulrike KornekUlrike Kornek

Prof Dr Ulrike Kornek leads the FutureLab  "Game Theory & Networks of Interacting Agents". Her research interests are in environmental economics with a focus on international climate change economics. She uses analytical and numerical models to study the interaction of heterogeneous actors. Her research applies game-theoretical models that describe the consequences of different policy instrument and institutions on the mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, she analyzes the design of optimal carbon prices in theoretical and numerical integrated assessment models. She is professor for environmental and resource economics at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel.
