Stefan Rahmstorf and Oliver Geden, climate policy expert at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP), discuss under the title "How stupid is that?" over the loss of importance of annual international climate conferences without result, and the blockade of climate policy agreements by individual policymakers. Moreover, the two experts are questioning the high international reputation of German energy policy. Taz-editor Martin Reeh will moderate the panel discussion.
