Charlotte Plinke ist Doktorandin in der Forschungsgruppe Wohlfahrt und Politikdesign (Abteilung Klimaökonomie und Politik - MCC Berlin). Ihre Forschung konzentriert sich auf die politische Ökonomik von Klimapolitikmaßnahmen.
Sie besitzt einen Masterabschluss in Umweltökonomie und Klimawandel der London School of Economics and Political Science, einen Masterabschluss in Statistik und Ökonometrie der Toulouse School of Economics und einen Bachelorabschluss in Volkswirtschaftslehre der Humboldt-Universität Berlin.
