Keno Riechers holds a master's degree in Physics from the University of Hamburg. After working in climate policy consultancy he returned to science and now investigates past abrupt climatic shifts evident in paleoclimate records with a special focus on uncertainty propagation. His work is part of the project 'Tipping Points in the Earth System' (TIPES).
