With sessions by TU Berlin (Christian Hauenstein: The potential of collaborative institutions for major policy change – Lessons from the German ‘Coal Commission’, Karlo Hainsch: Transitioning Europe and Germany to 100 % renewable energy, Paula Walk: Opportunities and challenges for structural change in Lusatia), DIW Berlin (Renewable electricity and sector coupling: Dr. Wolf-Peter Schill, Martin Kittel, and Carlos Gaete Ph.D.) and PIK (Fit for 55: Challenges towards a more ambitious EU-ETS and its impact on the power sector: Dr. Michael Pahle and Dr. Sebastian Osorio).
