Carbon Dioxide Removal Model Intercomparison Assessment
The goals of this proposed project are to use CDR--MIP output to:
(I) Assess climate reversibility: assessing the efficacy of using CDR to return high future atmospheric CO2 concentrations to lower levels.
(II) Assess the potential efficacy, feedbacks, and side
effects of CDR methods such as afforestation and ocean alkalinization.
