It is not possible (and does not make sense) to feed back output from cold-started LPJ
to land_lad / FMS coupler. The coupler exits because of bad temperature / humidity
during the very first time steps.

Thus:

- run CM2M_coarse_BLING for 50 years, writing diagnostic output for those
  variables that are needed by LPJ as input.
  Note that MOM5/land_lad as distributed by GFDL does not provide those
  diagnostic variables in the land_lad module. That is a (small) PIK-specific code extension.

- That diagnostic comes out at 96x60 cells resolution. Regrid to LPJ's 0.5x0.5 degrees resolution
  using the fregrid tool, and the grid_spec definitions from CM2M_coarse_BLING

Werner hat ein Restartfile mit -DPERMAFROST erzeugt.
Wenn LPJ von einem Restartfile aus laeuft, wird nicht versucht, 30 Jahre Vorlauf-Klima einzulesen,
das passiert nur bei Spinup-Laeufen.
