This repository contains the data necessary to reproduce the results of the paper:

Data organization:

The Zenodo upload is organized as the following inside of results.zip:

  • Scripts to generate the figures are given by the "*.pynb" and "*.m" files

  • Data files as NetCDF output are organized with the following structure inside of data:

    • Data on the equilibrium experiments used to calibrate the weathering rates at the pre-industrial and the last glacial maximum, and the transient experiment over the last glacial cycle, are included in weathering_experiments

    • Data for the set of transient experiments demonstrating glacial inception for MIS 11, MIS 5, and MIS 1 can be found in other_interglacials
    • The functions used to prescribe CO₂ emissions are located in emission_functions
    • ExperimentsPIeqPIeq_fixPIeq_iceLGCeqLGCeq_iceLGCeq_m05LGCeq_m10LGCeq_p05LGCeq_p10LGCeq_seed1, LGCeq_seed2, LGCeq_seed3, LGCeq_seed4LGCeq_seed5LGCeq_n100LGCeq_n025,  LGCeq_n000

      • Emissions scenarios: 0gtc, 500gtc, 1000gtc, 2000gtc, 3000gtc, 4000gtc, and 5000gtc

        • Components: atmosphere (atm), land (lnd_tslnd_surf), sea ice (sic), biogeochemistry (bgc), ocean (ocn), and ice sheets (e.g., geo_ts, geo_hires_cut, ice_NH-32KM_ts, ice_NH-32KM

        • File type: for each component, files can be divided into timeseries (*_ts.nc) or 2D data with a 1 kyr output frequency (*.nc)
