Description
This software is an update of the LPJmL 4.004 dynamic global vegetation model with improved root finding method A newton method is used to find the optimum lambda value for photosynthesis in the water-stressed function. The software is part of an article "Accelerated photosynthesis routine in LPJmL4" submitted to Geoscientific Model development.
