Intel Parallel Studio XE 2019 Update 3 has been installed on the cluster. This is the recommended Intel toolset for new projects and supersedes the 2019.0 version.

Cluster Update January 2018 notes
A large number of updates have been carried out by the IBM/Lenovo and the PIK HPC team together with the installation of 48 new compute nodes available in the hardware partition called “broadwell”. This article will continue to be updated as new software packages are installed and users send in new issue reports. You may want to check back occasionally especially during January-February 2018 time-frame as it continues to be updated.
Anaconda 5.0 with Intel Distribution for Python
The new Anaconda distribution 5.0 based on the October 24 release is available on the PIK cluster. The previous anaconda environments remain fully functional and this change requires no additional actions from users using specific earlier versions of anaconda distributions.
