Sven Bratschke

Project Manager

Sven Bratschke works as a project manager for the Climate Change and Health group of PIK. He supports Prof. Dr. Sabine Gabrysch in her professorship at Charité Berlin and in her position as Head of Research Department 2 at PIK. His research interests include the impacts of climate change on health in low-income settings, planetary health and Global Change processes. 

Sven also supports PIK's Research Department 2 (Climate Resilience) in organizational and administrative matters.

Sven previously worked for several NGOs such as atmosfair gGmbH and 24guteTaten e.V. as a project manager. In those positions he was responsible for the implementation of development projects related to climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental protection, health and education.

He studied Applied Geography (B.Sc.) at the University of Trier as well as Global Change Management (M.Sc.) at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development.
