Description

The project HyTrust is a socio-scientific research project to evaluate the factors enabling the success of a transition into a hydrogen driven mobility society. Two major conditions for the successful introduction of a hydrogen- based mobility are crucial: acceptance of the technology within society and confidence in all related actor and technologies.

At the end of the HyTrust project the goal is to analyze the sate of acceptance and familiarity within the German society regarding hydrogen technologies. In addition the project will provide a picture of the public's opinion towards the relevant actors involved also by focusing on the factors that influence trust and familiarity within the field. Results can be used for building confidence in this new technology.
