Description

The project aimed to identify key issues of competing urban, per-urban and rural land use in the context of urban planning within Planetary Boundaries. These were applied to develop solutions for Food Production and Consumption, Land Management and City Planning respecting variation with geographies and climate. The quantified impacts of such solutions for specific locations and site conditions formed the basis of a summary framework for restoring city land use systems within Planetary Boundaries.
