The overall aim of GDV I is the estimation of likely changes to insurance loss ratios due to climate change in the relevant insurance segments subject to natural hazards. Cooperation partners are Freie Universität Berlin and Universität zu Köln.
The key aspect is the modeling of variations in functional coherence of insured losses and loss return periods.
