At this online event - hosted by Bruegel, the European think tank that specialises in economics - Ottmar Edenhofer (PIK Director, MCC Director), Peter Liese (Member of the European Parliament), Sam Van den Plas (Policy Director, Carbon Market Watch), Beatriz Yordi Aguirre (Director, European & International Carbon Markets, European Commission, Directorate General for CLIMA) and Georg Zachmann (Senior Fellow) will discuss how to strengthen the role of carbon pricing, while taking economic, political and institutional considerations into account.
