Oliver Richters is a postdoctoral researcher in the Energy Systems Group. His work is focused on climate risk management in the financial sector.

He received a M.Sc. in Physics and a Ph.D. in Economics at Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg. He worked on dynamical system theory, out-of-equilibrium models (Stock-Flow Consistent Models, General Constrained Dynamics Models) and the role of justice and economic growth for the sustainability transformation.
