Updated Readme and index for final publication, cleaned up scripts:
  • Some postprocessed data was removed because it was never used in the submitted nor in the final paper: data_for_figures/temperature_orbit/temp-orb_2d-field_*.csv and data_for_figures/timeseries_analysis/.
