CERA SQL: Data Definition Language for loading layer

The following SQL scripts can be found on this page:
- dropLOAD.sql: for dropping all tables of the loading layer.
- loadMDB.sql: for creating all tables of the loading layer by calling loadMDB*.sql as subroutines.
- loadMDBdata_acc.sql: for implementing module DATA_ACCESS to the loading layer.
- loadMDBload.sql: for creating the tables LOAD_* of the loading layer.
- loadMDBmodel_in.sql: for implementing module MODEL_INPUT to the loading layer.
- loadMDBnew.sql: for creating the tables NEW_* of the loading layer.
