Conclusion

When we consider the emission problem, we try to solve the well-known ``business dilemma''. How can this be done? Introducing the concept of ``coefficients of egoism'' we focus the negotiation efforts on the following problems: how to define a degree of national egoism which can be dependent on the GDP, the income per capita, the emission per capita, etc., i.e., on parameters which can be implicitly connected to the choice of the reduction percentage for each country. In other words, in the beginning the countries (actors) must agree upon ``fair play'' principles, and then the percentages of emission corresponding to these principles would be calculated in accordance to an equilibrium strategy. These percentages would naturally depend on the kind of ``fair play'', that was chosen as a result of the negotiation.
