Axel Bronstert is working at the Potsdam University as a professor for hydrology and climatology. His special interest is in the fields of integrated eco-hydrological modelling and investigations of impacts of climate and land use changes on the hydrological cyle, in particular on floods. Currently he is associated with PIK by a separate contract as guest researcher. He is heading several research activities at PIK.
