Current activity:I am a PhD student in the GREENCYCLES II Initial Training Network on global biosphere-climate interactions funded by the Marie Curie 7th Framework Programme. My work is focused on the analysis and evaluation of vegetation-climate feedbacks using the CLIMBER Earth Model of Intermediate Complexity (EMIC). Supervisors: Andrey Ganopolski, Georg Feulner, Stefan Rahmstorf, Wolfgang Cramer and Andrew Friend.
Research interests:
My research interests are in Climate dynamics (particularly abrupt changes, feedbacks and hysteresis effects), predictability of the first and second kind. Furthermore I am interested in the impacts of anthropogenic activities on the Earth system and in issues regarding sustainable development and alternative energy sources.
