Homepage of Dr. Robert Marschinski
Robert Marschinski is joint leader of the research group Policy Instruments within PIK's research domain Sustainable Solutions. His work addresses the design of mitigation policies at the national and international level. He holds a PhD in economics from the University TU Berlin and a M.Sc. in physics from the University of Bologna. In the past, he was a visiting researcher at The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI) in New Delhi, India, and a short-term consultant with the Development Economics Research Group of the World Bank in Washington DC. In addition to his role at PIK, he is also a lecturer at the department of Economics of Climate Change at Technische Universität Berlin.
