Sylvie Ludig is a PhD student at PIK in Research Domain III - Sustainable Solutions. She studied Engineering Science at the Technical University of Berlin. A more detailed CV can be found here.

She works on the problem of variability of renewable energy sources and net integration. The focus of her work is on European electricity grids.

 

The preliminary title of her thesis is: "The role of renewable energies in climate protection - Influence and Interaction of capacities for production, transmission and storage of electricity"
