Research
Global biosphere dynamics and feedbacks between the biosphere and the rest of the Earth System including human society. Vulnerability of ecosystems to global change. Multiple research projects, funded from Norwegian and German national programmes as well as the environmental research programme of the European Union. Coordinator of the EU-Project ATEAM (17 partners) and the Concerted Action AVEC (7 partners).
