The supervisor in charge of a new appointment needs to clarify whether an existing computer has to be redeployed, a new computer needs to be ordered or if the new employee will solely work on one of the public computers in the terminal rooms of the institute. Use of private Laptops is possible if free network connections are available. Starting from 2010 only wireless networks will be provided for private Laptops.
