Yearly Output

Yearly output variables are the state variables valid during the year, i.e. the value at the beginning of the year, and fluxes during that year. This means that the result of allocation, mortality and regeneration calculated at the end of the current year can be seen as state variables of the next year.

The output files are named as follows

<sitename>_<var>.<type><anz_sim>

with:

<sitename> location name
<var> content description
<type> typ of output file
<anz_sim> number of simulation

Example: site1_soil.out2 yearly output of soil values from the second run of the simulation at location site1
